1. General Terms

Betvoro (referred to herein as the "Platform", "we", or "the Company") is an online betting and gaming service provider. By using the betvoro.bio website or creating an account, you are deemed to have fully accepted these Terms & Conditions.

• Transferring or selling your account to another person is strictly prohibited.

3. Identity Verification (KYC)

As part of its security and legal compliance obligations, Betvoro reserves the right to verify a member's identity at any time. Verification is mandatory in the following situations:

• When making a large withdrawal for the first time.
• If unusual activity is detected on your account.
• Before claiming a bonus or when progressing to a higher VIP tier.

Verification typically requires a copy of your National ID or passport, along with a screenshot of your mobile banking account. Withdrawals may be put on hold until verification is complete.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

The following rules apply to financial transactions on Betvoro:

• All transactions must be made from a payment account registered in your own name.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted and will be returned.
• Withdrawal requests must be made using the same method as the original deposit.
• If a transaction is delayed for any reason, please contact support — most issues are resolved within 24 hours.
• Betvoro does not charge any additional transaction fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

5. Betting Rules

The following rules apply when placing bets on Betvoro:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. Please verify all details before placing your bet.
• If a bet is recorded incorrectly due to a technical error, Betvoro reserves the right to correct it.
• If a match is not completed or is declared abandoned, stakes are generally refunded.
• Odds may change during live betting. The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are final.
• If there is evidence of match-fixing or suspicious activity, Betvoro may void any bets related to that match.
• Maximum bet limits may vary depending on the event and the member's tier.

6. Bonus & Promotion Terms

Betvoro offers a range of bonuses and promotions. By accepting a bonus, the following general conditions apply:

• Each bonus has a specific Wagering Requirement. Typically, the bonus amount must be wagered 5–30 times.
• The welcome bonus is available to new members only and can be claimed once on your first deposit.
• Withdrawing before completing the bonus wagering requirement will result in the bonus being forfeited.
• Claiming bonuses from multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• Betvoro reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If bonus fraud or abuse is detected, the account may be suspended or permanently closed.

7. VIP Program

The following conditions apply to participation in the Betvoro VIP Program:

• VIP tier is determined based on the average monthly deposit over a three-month period.
• Once you reach a tier, you will retain that tier's benefits for the following three months.
• VIP points are valid for 90 days (180 days for Diamond tier members).
• VIP status may be revoked for misuse of VIP benefits or breach of the applicable terms.
• Diamond tier privileges are granted by invitation only.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Betvoro and will result in immediate account closure:

• Multiple Accounts: Holding multiple accounts under the same identity is strictly prohibited.
• Money Laundering: Attempting to launder money from illegal sources through the betting platform.
• Match Manipulation: Any attempt to influence or manipulate the outcome of a match.
• Bots & Automation: Placing bets using automated software or bots.
• Bonus Abuse: Claiming bonuses using multiple accounts or false information.
• Hacking & Cyber Attacks: Any attempt to breach or circumvent the platform's security measures.
• Third-Party Funds: Placing bets using another person's funds.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

Betvoro is committed to protecting members' personal information. Any data we collect is used solely for the purpose of providing our services.

• Members' personal data is never sold to third parties.
• Information may be disclosed to regulatory authorities where legally required.

10. Responsible Gaming

Betvoro places the highest importance on the well-being and peace of mind of its members. We want to ensure that betting remains a form of entertainment and never becomes an addiction.

• Members can set their own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• You can suspend your account for 7, 14, or 30 days if you need a break.
• Members may use the self-exclusion feature to temporarily suspend their access to the platform for a chosen period.

11. Account Closure & Suspension
